Welcome to Staffordshire Only

Primarily an industrial county, Staffordshire is probably most well known for the Potteries in Stoke on Trent in the north, famous for manufacturing Spode and Wedgwood fine china. Here you can lose yourself in some of its award winning museums and discover the history of The Potteries and see some demonstrations first hand.

Down in the South, also known as the Black Country, where previously foundries and steel mills were plentiful, Lichfield can be found with its magnificent cathedral, and Tamworth with its many attracftions including Drayton Manor Theme Park and the SnowDome, a real snow indoor ski slope.

For family entertainment, why not visit Britain's most popular theme park, Alton Towers where you can enjoy the thrills and spills of rollercoaster rides and amusements.
